Clinical Monitoring Services was founded in 2007 by Teresa Scanes. We have evolved into an experienced group of dedicated clinical research personnel, offering services to clinical trial sites as well as sponsor companies in South Africa and the rest of Africa. Being Johannesburg-based, travel is convenient and cost-effective.

Our experience includes Study Site Coordination and Site Monitoring in Oncology, Cardiology, Tuberculosis and other therapeutic areas. Teresa has 7 years experience in the research industry as a CRA, as well as an additional 8 years in Bioanalytical work. Teresa is the current Treasurer of SACRA (South African Clinical Research Association), and a past Secretary of the same organization. Two CMS staff are presenters for the Wits Health Consortium GCP Course.

All services are performed according to ICH/GCP and local regulatory guidelines.
